Preparing our third Gin Festival on 14th October tickets on sale from this weekend
All finished upstairs where alongside the restaurant we have another bar serving all our cask ales, beers, wines and spirits together with a lovely lounge area to relax in.
We had another training session with the team but this time it was a wine tasting.
We are delighted to report that the cellar at River Mill has been completely refurbished with all new pipework and equipment. You can see from these few photographs that our cask ales will all be stored on new stillaging racks and our keg beers lines are all in place. Stella, Becks, Franziskaner our German Wheat beer, Cidre and Guinness lines are all set up and are just about ready to go.
We enjoyed a great training day with all of the new staff. There was activities and games for everyone to get to know each other better and we have to say it was a great day. We can’t wait to open our doors and get serving.
